Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped next day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM MST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM MST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

 

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Sanin Jewelry is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
